The CP-22 is designed to automatically pump condensate produced by air conditioners, high efficiency boilers and furnaces, humidifiers and other HVAC equipment up to 22’ vertically once the level of condensate in the tank reaches a specified level. DiversiTech CP-22 series pumps beat the industry standard of 20’ lift height by 2 feet and come with innovative features such as: vibration dampening feet and motor mounts, stainless steel hang tabs, four inlet holes (and 3 poly covers for the unused), LED indicators, float switch and duckbill-style check valve, an algaecide tablet dispenser, plug protector, and detailed installation instructions. Three terminals are provided allowing the installer flexibility to connect air-handler shut-down and optional alarm as needed - an important safety consideration. CP-22 is available with 20’ of 3/8” tubing as well (# CP-22T).
Let's take a look at the features first:
Shatterproof stainless steel hang tabs have hole-and-slot design for easy mounting. Tabs are located on convenient 8” centers.
Red, yellow, and green indicator lights show the pump status. Green for power applied, yellow for pump running, and red for high level alarm.

1/4” quick connect terminals provide easy connection to the built-in overflow switch. Three terminals are provided allowing the installer flexibility to connect air handler shut-down and optional alarm as needed. Switch features SPDT isolated contacts ready for connection to building automation systems.
▲ Feature #4: Four Inlet HolesFour inlets versus two or three on other pumps provide the greatest installation versatility. Inlet holes have a reinforced wall for durability.
